- Transportation: weekly full band rehearsals require all students (with the exception of Buck & McLurg Grade 6s) to take a bus to a from a shared rehearsal. The bus fee is $80/year or $8.88/month.
- Band Shirt: our band shirt worn for all performances Grade 6 through to Grade 8 in addition to blank pants, socks and shoes. Approximately $10-15.
- Spring Trips: exact prices will be communicated late winter but past Grade 6 trips have been approximately $10.
Equity Funding Program:
We understand that not all families are in a position to pay for band fees - however we believe strongly that every student should be able to participate in our program no matter current circumstances. Therefore, the Regina Public School Division has put an equity funding program in place that is available that covers school-owned instrument rental costs and transportation fees.
If you require equity funding for your child's band fees all you have to do is let a band teacher know and we can organize things from there. Easy as that!
